Get Response Review

Learn from me PLEASE!  Get Response.com....Not a user friendly or older lady friendly program.  I stayed up WAY to late messing around with them.  I set up an email to go out, added some Facebook friend emails...Mind you that I already had these emails in my gmail contacts list, have sent them and received back emails, but for reasons that were not made clear to me by the "live chat support". My 53 emails I added dwindled down to 13.   How is it possible?  The chat person kept telling me to "check my stats".  I did...still could not figure it out.  53 does not equal 13....Stats said 3 were not good, 13 were added and the rest were "updating"?  And what exactly does that mean?  Got an email from them saying my import was "rejected" along with a couple pages of what looked like html code.  Chat person explains this is info on the three bad emails...why not just say that in the email instead of making it look like I had a major import fail.  Chat person did not seem to understand laymans terms.

I am now under the impression that the live chat person was not the American looking female on the chat box picture, but some techie dude in another country.  I was trying them out for their auto responder system and easy email setups.  Turned out to be everything BUT easy for this ole lady!

They offer a 30 day free trial...Don't take them up on it!  I just hope I can get unsubscribed from them without a major hassle!
